The current Corona Protection Ordinance makes it possible for the 1st FC Cologne to welcome 25,000 spectators at the Munessorsdorfer Stadium on Saturday in a week in the second home game of the season (28 August against VfL Bochum).
Since only the 35er incidence is mentioned as a guideline in this Regulation, even if it is exceeded (which is fixed in Cologne, this value is currently no longer reduced to a third at just under 90). So the determination was still kicked off, against the Hertha came in 16,500 fans in.
The aim of the Cologne, however, remains another: We want 50,000 spectators with 2G, Emphasized Managing Director Alexander Wehrle last again and again. From the Bochum game, FC allows only vaccinated and recent visitors, apart from a few tested exceptions (children or people who can not be vaccinated for medical reasons).
Non-vaccinated meetings are made, mobile vaccination stations were already in the context of the party against the Hertha on site, about 300 people used the offer and could be vaccinated.
